Komos (“we”, “us”) is operated by Velton LLC. This policy explains what we collect and, just as importantly, what we don't.
When you upload a chat export, it is used only to generate your report and is discarded immediately after — we do not save the chat content on our servers. When you upload screenshots, the images are sent to a US-based AI provider that transcribes the text for your report; neither we nor the provider retain the images or transcript after the report is generated.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your email and to cache your most recent results so repeat views are instant. You can clear this anytime in your browser.
